Computer mode of operation when the user primarily is UsingTheMouse (mouse hand is on the pointing device, other hand may be on keyboard, may be holding drink, etc.)

JefRaskin says that properly implemented keyboard searches can frequently reposition cursors than a user can move their hand from keyboard to mouse (much less actually make the selection).
