By analogy with NP-Complete, an AI-Complete problem is one whose solution would imply the solution of all AI problems. Often these problems reduce to pattern recognition, that is, deciding when two different things are the same.

Many community problems are AI-Complete. This is partly why TechnologySolution""s are not always adequate.
