Vim Viki is a personal wiki for Vim. Deplate is its ruby-based offline converter with output to (x)html, latex, and docbook. The viki syntax originally derived from the Emacs wiki syntax while trying to avoid some of its ambiguities.
Deplate is meant to be a general (offline) converter for wiki-like markup, though currently it can only convert vim viki and ruby rdoc markup. The deplate converter provides many advanced features like: syntax highlighting, citations, references, index, table of contents/list/tables ... For fancy stuff one can use embedded LaTeX or ruby code (which has to be explicitly enabled from the command line).
