Xerox's Palo Alto Research Center. The home of the GraphicUserInterface?, EtherNet?, ObjectOrientation?, and so much else cool in computing. They also invented the laser printer, the concepts behind Postscript (and thus Adobe).

Also possibly up for sale as of early 2001. Michael Hiltzik's Dealers of Lightning: Xerox Parc and the Dawn of the Computer Age [1] is a wonderful reference, including the most complete version of the story about the fabled Steve Jobs visit.
