Some anonymous soul took great grievance to the term "blog collective", associating that with the Borg (which is a DistributedMind in our ontology). However, if you consider what we consider a CollectiveIntelligence is, it still seems to me rather appropriate to consider the "blog collective." Certainly the number of "core blogs", or blogs-about-blogs form a collective.

The Blogosphere is something else though. That's merely the space in which the blogs inhabit, whether interacting with each other or not.

So, I'm in favour of making the subtle distinction and then restoring the pages. Anyone dissent? -- SunirShah
