As a matter of style, we should probably standardise on "reworking", since "refactoring" is (A) about programming (B) jargon (C) has a technical meaning that isn't true for reworking wiki pages. (See WhatIsReworking).

Actually, reworking is about physical labour. "Rewriting" is the long-established term: RewritingText instead of the ugly WhatIsReworking. Or maybe "rewording".
