CriticalResponse is an experimental UseMod wiki patch enabling markup for CollaborativeCriticism.

Basically, it enables an administrator to automatically add subpage tags to a page at every paragraph, lock it, and roll the headlines from the subpages into notes near the subpage links.  Other than that, it is a plain UseModWiki.
