A ShallowMission is a mission that won't allow a wiki to live. It may also be a mission that is not serious and serves only the purpose of defending a ShallowWiki (it's exactly to its mission:
"no purpose"). 

Examples for ShallowMission:
* "just for testing"
* "save the world"
* "no mission"
* "open for everything"
* ...


It is not a question of the number of people or pages. A wiki may only be intended to serve two authors to collaborate to write a book - even then the mission is not shallow, not even if the wiki itself doesn't work out and a ShallowWiki is the result.
