Every now and then the Risks Digest gets distributed via mailing list and news, containing the latest in blunders and bugs in computer industry, putting people at risk. Very informative and recommended reading for anybody involved in the broad field of computers. Seeing the countless mistakes, the refusal to learn from past disasters, the general cluelessness of people puts all trust in computing back into perspective. What can you really trust?

It has reports on everything from identity theft, airplane disasters, train crashes, power outage, subway delays, ticketing systems, voting machinery, cryptography. If you are into any of this, reading comp.risks will help you keep a perspective on things.
