TinyWeb is a small server suitable for devlopment work or as a utility server, and also can be used as a web server on low volume sites. It is written in Delphi, and is freeware- although copyrighted.

An automatic self installer for it is over at http://www.freeholdmarketing.com/WW/ ([archived version from 2012]) and also over at http://www.ritlabs.com/ who are the people that give away The Bat email client.

WindowsWiki uses TinyWeb.
