This is an implicitly created IndexingScheme. When clicking a page title, you get all the BackLinks, pointing to the current page. A database could hold the weight of each edge leading from activated link sources to the current page. The weight would represent the frequency that people have followed that link to the current page. Then, we could rank the BackLinks to show people how others came here. PhpWiki does this for the "five best incoming links."
