CaseSensitiveTags could give social annotations an advantage over the Google-engine. Currently DiiGo doesn't support this idea. But supporting this, would have a great impact on Wiki communities, because this simple device would create VirtualTwinPages on the fly. We can do it manually on each wikipage, by tagging each WikiPage by its page title. By even more convenient would be a TechnologySolution, where clicking on the title wouldn't only list the internal referrers, but also list those pages in the Web, tagged as a CaseSensitiveTag, suggesting an external TwinPage.
So the author suggested it in the DiiGo Forum, tagged, annotated it and blogs it. -- FridemarPache

Note, that in the Watch line Google doesn't show case-sensitivity. As soon as Google allows a search option for telling apart mixed-case search terms, this would give an excellent filter for CamelCase supporting wikis. -- [fridemar]
Fridemar...
Since you are making proposals on this topic, have you considered extending your request to include GREP support? I have been using CaseSensitiveTags for quite some time with the result that I now also see WikiWordSyllables forming in my glossaries. Since these syllables may not be just the first ones in a WikiWord, it makes sense to be able to filter a wiki's namespace of page names with a case sensitive substring. That way, it's even possible to have a 'stub' string that is effectively a category classification.

Hans, searching for patterns, combined with a BigEndian discipline is an excellent idea. It would be great, if you could support this initiative in the DiiGo forum. -- fridemar
Fridemar... I'll take a look at the forum on Tuesday to see if I can find your proposal and support it. One minor point for your consideration; I've found that there are situations in which either of the {big | little}endian choices are more efficient than the other. For my purposes, it has generally be possible to add an endian 'stub' syllable that can be used to specify which type of string it is. -- HansWobbe
Hans ... Thank you for your support. The forum is on the [DiiGo Group Forum Posting: CaseSensitiveTags]. As you, like myself share the idea of CcSomeRightsReserved, I ask you for permission, to blog the whole page, together with your parts, because this allows "quick and easy" WikiBlogging as a One Push Button Act. Thank you. -- [fridemar].
Fridemar... As a formality, you have my permission.
For your information, everything that I place on the Open Internet is effectively in the public domain. I seldomm both to declare this, simply because I do not believe that it is technically possible to restrict it and that the many debates about licences are simply that... mere "debates" (A debate is form of enterntainment), that will inevitably be found to be without legal merit at some time in the future).
