While I'm sure we're all obviously not fine with banning most China in the long term, for now it's the best option. The medium term solution is to build better PricklyHedges. We should time limit the ban so as to force me to do some coding. Let's say we'll lift it January 15, 2005, which gives me almost three months.

I opened the gates to China in January more or less as scheduled, and within a few hours closed them again. More coding is needed. -- SunirShah
