dependent on the qualitative aspects of comments provided, an essential element of the AcademicPeerReview
s referenced so often in the CollaborativeFiltering
literature is the selection of the reviewers themselves. And, once comments are gathered, they have to be evaluated for quality, accuracy, and actionability themselves.
