The MeatBall wiki currently uses the UseMod:UseModWiki server software, which includes many options for the RecentChanges page. Here are some examples:

Display minor edits: MeatBall:action=rc&showedit=1
List changes in last 12 hours: MeatBall:action=rc&days=0.5
List 3 days of changes: MeatBall:action=rc&days=3
List all changes in the last 24 hours: MeatBall:action=rc&days=1&all=1&showedit=1
List all changes except minor edits: MeatBall:action=rc&all=1&showedit=0
List only minor edits: MeatBall:action=rc&all=1&showedit=2
List oldest items first: MeatBall:action=rc&newtop=0

These options (and many others like one's UserName and TimeZone) can also be set using [Preferences].

Question: are there more options than this with the new versions of UseModWiki?

You are using the new version of UseModWiki. The answer is yes. We now support ModWiki using the same options, but instead of action=rc, you use action=rss. e.g. MeatBall:action=rss&days=3
