The
TrailingSpaces problem means that with some browsers (I know for sure it happens with Opera) every time somebody edits a page a trailing space is added to all lines. This is due to broken filtering for CRLF line separators in the Wiki software.
- Incidentally, Netscape has the opposite problem (at least 4.x versions do). If you're editing text encoded in UTF-8, and if the text you submit is >= 512 bytes in length, then Netscape will remove the last character of the post text before sending it.
