This is a wiki started Mar 13, 2003 for supporting the programming language D. D is an interesting OO successor to C, written by Walter Bright (the man behind the late Zortech/Symantec compilers). It's OS to a large degree and more or less a community project with an active newsgroup at news://news.digitalmars.com/D discussing usage and future directions. The wiki is called Wiki4D http://prowiki.org/wiki4d/wiki.cgi and uses my Wiki:ProWikiSoftware (the most advances wiki software :-) around). It will run under the FDL and will also contain free and canonical wiki pages. I think it's an interesting community project and it will be fun to help Walter against the Java and C# dinosaurs. Everybody is invited to join and enjoy the party. -- HelmutLeitner [Mar 30, 2003]
The first of these pages is http://www.prowiki.org/wiki4d/wiki.cgi?OneMinuteWiki which deviates in a few ways from the typical phrasing (safety, point 7.). I wonder what you think about it. -- HelmutLeitner
