Welcome Victor, look forward to watching Bouillon. Best, MarkDilley
Welcome, Victor. The Bouillon project is very interesting. Do you have an external social/political/?? objective, or is it basic computer science research? -- SunirShah
- Of course, I have some social/politica/etc objectives, but it generally does not matter. The general objective of the research is 'controlled openness, open control', i.e. an open and effective information environment. -- VictorGrishchenko
Victor, welcome. Server connection was refused, so I have not been able to look at the real thing. -- HelmutLeitner
- That's bad because I see no reason for it. Please retry next time. If the problem persists please send me the error screen. Did http://oc-co.org or http://oc-co.org:8000 cause the problem?
- Victor, it was with http://oc-co.org:8000. The interesting thing was that Opera connected, half a minute later Firefox didn't using the same url. Next day, from office, same situation, both connected. Maybe a version problem? At home I still use Firefox 1.0, at office Firefox 1.5? -- HelmutLeitner
-
- Thank you. Probable, it was some maintenance works at USU, they are not accurate about such things. Maybe, a version problem. Although, "connection refused" is clearly a tcp-level problem, probably firewall or proxy-related. Anyway, Bouillon heavily relies on Firefox 1.5 features and it finally worked.
Welcome Victor, your above reference http://oc-co.org/ currently points to a parked page. You might be interested in WikiNomics and FosterEachOther. I wish you all the best in your endeavors and recommend
that you relink this reference to a more community friendly page, that adds friendly and constructive synergies between your work and that of Meatball. Otherwise you may defect yourself (and Meatball) as exposing
yourself as a Spammer. To defend you against misrepresentation, I used http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://oc-co.org/, which shows indeed interesting community relevant stuff. -- FridemarPache
