1. Three main tasks
- Contrast wiki against classical Knowledge Management and Content Management Systems tools as "social systems" and make it "presentable at court."
- Bring wiki out of "classroom thinking" - if you can sit together, wiki is just a (though interesting) game ... but in inter-class and inter-school and inter-teacher-cooperation it opens new worlds.
- Build an international platform to exchange experiences and sample applications about "wiki at school" world-wide.
- Set up a WikiFarm for schools to use plus a mailing list so that teachers can get quick help in wiki issues and so that they don't feel that they are "left alone." The ML could also run small "courses" on Wiki issues.
- Let teachers and students experiment with wikis thus letting them decide what to do with them.
- Look out for typical problems or questions rising in teaching and learning situations that might have wikis as a solution. (like collecting vocabulary for a book read at school, like creating a "net of stories" (cf. CarpeWiki:GeschichtenWald).
